Matrix International is a U.S. company with its own office in Stuart, Florida. For more than 20 years we have helped entrepreneurs from Latin America, Spain, Brazil, Italy and Israel form and run their U.S. company.

Who we are

We exist to solve a problem we know well: starting a business in the United States from another country is simple on paper and confusing in practice. Forms in English, different deadlines in every state, an IRS that does not explain, banks that require presence. And almost nobody stays with you after the filing.

Matrix International was founded by Carlos J. Barbosa and Jorge E. Restrepo to be that support: a team that understands both sides, how the United States works and where you come from, and that stays with you years after the company is formed.

Today we are a multidisciplinary team based in Stuart, Florida, certified by the IRS as Certifying Acceptance Agents and tax preparers, serving clients in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
